London Planetarium

The history of London Planetarium looms over a period of 40 years, and stands as the only planetarium in the Europe to have a Digistar 2 (world's most advanced star projector). In the year 2004, it was upgraded with a full-colour Digistar 3 system that enabled immersive full dome video environment. The shows usually span for a period of 10-12 minutes with commentary. The visitors can enjoy the interactions exhibits displayed in the planetarium.
London Planetarium was renamed as the Auditorium, and in the year 2006 it was re-branded as Star Dome. The site is now taken over by the management of Madame Tussauds, and it no longer conducts astronomy-based shows.
