Tate Modern

Tate Modern is a new national museum of modern art that was inaugurated in may, 2000. It is situated on the southern banks of River Thames. The art gallery caters to the works of art from 1900 up to the present day. Some of the artists displayed in Tate Modern would include Picasso, Matisse, Dali, Rothko, Bacon and many more. The opening timings of Tate Modern are 10 a.m. up to 6p.m from Sunday to Thursday; and 10a.m. up to 10pm. for Friday and Saturday.

Exhaustive special exhibitions are conducted in Tate Modern throughout the year for the benefit of its visitors.
